Fairness BCDC and Proparco  have signed a  Sh1.5 billion portfolio assure to assist loans to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) within the Democratic Republic of Congo .

This comes a 12 months after signing a primary assure scheme for the advantages of Congolese SMEs affected by the consequences of the COVID-19 disaster, Proparco and Fairness BCDC are renewing their partnership.
